Pico de Gallo with Sauerkraut Pickles

- 3 Tomatoes
- 1 Purple Onion
- Mighty Farmer Pickles Sauerkraut
- A handful of fresh cilantro
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1/2 Lime
- Salt and Pepper

- Wash and cut your tomatoes in half.
- Remove the seeds and cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Cut the purple onion into small cubes and mix it with the tomatoes.
- Cut the fresh colantro and add to the tomato mix.
- Add some Mighty Farmer Pickles Sauerkraut, salt, pepper and the lime juice. Mix everything.
- Taste a little bit and add correct seasoning.
- Serve with Nachos, toasts or wraps.
